Please note that the base rate includes up to 16 guests; additional guest fees apply beyond that. 🚫 No Parties / Noise Policy •Parties are strictly prohibited. •Small gatherings require prior approval. 🔇 No loud music after 11:00 PM. •Please respect neighbors, staff, and community rules. 🚔 Violations may result in a USD 500 fine, police involvement, or eviction. 💡 Energy Consumption •Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use. ❄️ A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste. ⚠️ Illegal Items •Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited. 🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law. 🌴 Unexpected Events •Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
