These are beyond our control. ⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons. •The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather. •Due to our location on the Caribbean coast, there may be presence of sargassum mainly between May and August, as it is a natural and seasonal phenomenon. 🚫 External vendors are not allowed For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa. 🌿 Sargassum Disclaimer Please note that sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and beach conditions may vary daily depending on weather, wind, and ocean currents, all of which are beyond our control.
