This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Exceptions may be made for service animals. Please inform the concierge prior to booking and provide the appropriate documentation for approval.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is strictly prohibited at this property. Small gatherings may be permitted with prior approval.

Safety

Please store valuables in the in-room safe and set your personal PIN upon check-in. Ensure all doors are locked and the villa is secured when leaving or sleeping. A $50 fee may apply if doors are left open.

Lost Keys

Please report any lost keys immediately. A $40 replacement fee will apply.

Flammable Items

For safety, flammable items are not permitted. This includes candles, fireworks, and other combustible decorative materials.

Illegal Items

Drugs and firearms are not permitted on the property. Possession or use will result in immediate removal from the home and may be subject to legal action under Mexican law.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. Continued violations may result in a $500 fine, involvement of local authorities, and possible removal from the property if noise disturbances persist.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
