Place was very clean and well kept and the concierge was very responsive to our needs and requests. The bedrooms were spacious and beautiful. We were 14 people and had more than enough room for everyone inside the house. The pool seating area can become a bit cramped but it wasn't a problem as people were hanging around the whole villa. It's around a 10/15 minute drive to any beach/nightclub you may want to visit. Recommend having a driver to get places/ not a close walk. Overall great stay and would recommend!
We were really excited to find this property in Tulum and Airbnb and booked for a week, we checked in after being shocked about the area it being in, which is a building site covered in trash, we were bemused as how well the place was pictured internally and what it actually looked like, but our kids were shattered so we put them to sleep and woke up the next morning to a kitchen and general house that was really unclean and didn't look like it had been cleaned properly in months. Everywhere we looked you'd see old food lodged in places, hair, dead bugs etc. It felt more than unsanitary. My son had bites we had checked out at the local pharmacy and were told they were bed bug bites, the hosts told us they had the place checked for infestation that day but when we asked for a report or receipt or even who did it they refused to respond, we asked to leave immediately and the hosts refused to let us pay for our one night and leave...Airbnb were great though and really looked after us.
Staying at this house and working with the Beach Tulum concierge team was the best experience I’ve ever had with an Airbnb. Shey, the head concierge, could not have been more professional, responsive, kind and amazing to work with. She helped us get everything we needed (reservations, transportation, recommendations, buying groceries for the house, etc) in order, was available at all times for assistance before and during the stay, and really went above and beyond to make our experience special. The team made sure someone was there to greet us upon arrival and help us settle in. Juanita, our housekeeper, came every day and even went out of her way to make us coffee and special drinks in the morning. For anyone thinking about a group trip to Tulum, please stay at this house and work with this team. You will be wowed!
