Staying at Calixto's villa was an unforgettable experience! The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was peaceful and close to Tulum’s best spots. Calixto was an amazing host, always available to help with any questions and offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great villa, Aldea Zama is the best place to stay in Tulum. Concierge and housekeeping excellent, flexible and responsive. Place nicer than pictures, rooftop pool and patio pool both excellent. Safe and quiet. Minor issues - very sparse silverware, we ran out constantly. Biggest downside, constant leaf blowers, every day, starting early, super loud, guys spent a ton of time. Leave a few leaves on the ground and have a little peace i would suggest. Usually they were blowing around a really small pile, ran for hours. Everything else really great, nice people, housekeeping excellent.

Lovely chic apartment, we enjoyed although the wider complex was under some development.<br/>Super responsive team who were on hand to deal with any issues <br/>We enjoyed the stay, and preferred the town of Tulum

the house was great !! pool area was fun and clean , my family loved it! it all definitely looks alot better in person and definitely alot bigger and more spacious than I expected. so many bedrooms and full bathrooms!! very private and peaceful area with 24 hrs security to greet you and anyone else coming in , which gave us peace of mind. the host (s) were amazing ! very easy to work with and very responsive. addressed minor issues immediately. their concierge team was a please to work with as well . very central to many restaurants & bars. coffee shops and supermarkets are within walking distance , also a pharmacy right across the street . would HIGHLY recommend staying here

The villa itself is awesome, the service provided by the team is excellent and fast. But, photos are NOT up to date. I booked this villa because it was one of the only one in Tulum with a private pool with no neighbors, but pictures are old and since then, the nice fence has been changed for a concrete wall and a big villa has been built just next to the patio. <br/>While I understand constructions can happen, photos have to be up to date especially when pictures advertises a very secluded garden and pool in the middle of the jungle.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was peaceful, secure and very well maintained. In addition to the place being amazing, the team was extremely responsive and very caring towards all of our needs. I recommend this place 10 out of 10, Rafael and Andrea took such great care of us! BEACH PLEASE for the WIN!

I would highly recommend the beach it surpassed all our expectations and we had an amazing family time. It won’t disappoint.

This stay was absolutely amazing. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to any friends/family. Facundo was a fantastic host and communicated greatly with us. The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. Facundo provided a house refresh which was fantastic. His team cleaned up the house and remade all beds and left new clean towels. The location is amazing, private, and safe. There is a lot to do around this area. Great restaurants and shops. Facundo made our stay one to remember!
