These are beyond our control. ⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons. •The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather. • Cleaning services Please note that cleaning service is not included. However, if you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. The service is available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD per cleaning and includes fresh linens. Just let us know whenever you need it — we’re here to help! ⚠️IMPORTANT •Please keep the living room glass door closed at all times. Leaving it open while the AC system is running may cause condensation on the ceiling. Guests may be responsible for any repairs if this occurs. 🚫 External vendors are not allowed For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa. •Please note that the street leading to the property is not paved and may be affected by weather conditions from time to time. As we are located in a private bay, this is the only access road to the property — part of the charm and tranquility of the area 🌿 Sargassum Disclaimer Please note that sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and beach conditions may vary daily depending on weather, wind, and ocean currents, all of which are beyond our control. For this reason, refunds, cancellations, or reservation modifications related to the presence of sargassum will not be applicable.
