⭐️ 0/5 — Unsafe & Misleading Experience<br/>We booked this villa for a friend’s 45th birthday because it advertised 5 bedrooms with private baths and overnight security — both key for our all-women group. Sadly, it didn’t deliver.<br/>The villa wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival (dirty counters, foul outdoor kitchen odor, unkept pool area). The layout was misleading — only 3 bedrooms are in the main house, and 2 are detached across the pool. One had a sliding door that didn’t lock.<br/>Worst of all, on our final night a man we didn’t know was found inside our villa, running out of one of the bedrooms, claiming he was “security getting water.” We were terrified. The concierge came but initially minimized it. They later offered free transport and breakfast, but that didn’t erase the fear or violation.<br/>What should’ve been a joyful trip ended feeling unsafe. I would not recommend this property until security and listing accuracy are fixed.

This place was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures, and the team was so helpful with everything! Especially booking taxis + transportation. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

We had one minor hiccup and that was losing power for about a hour but I’ve heard this happens from time to time in the Tulum area so it wasn’t a big deal. Maive still gets 5 stars ⭐️because the place is beautiful. Every time I needed information or help with something it was a prompt response

We loved the place! We had so much fun at the pool. The house was huge for my family, with lots of space for entertainment. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. All the staff were very friendly and kind! Quick response to any questions we had. Felt very secure all the time. Had a security guard outside every night. I recommend 100%. Will definitely come back to stay with you guys again!
