Karanda 1 (Fuego)

So I just got home from my Tulum Birtjday trip and my friends and I plan to make this an annual stay moving forward. We loved everything. The villa is exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and luxurious. Their recommended chefs were SUPERB ! I will always choose this villa over any resorts in Tulum. Thank you for making my birthday trip an amazing one

Great modern and clean villa. Really cozy and feels like home. The facilities were great and offer many opportunities to relax.

The place was just as pictured. Honestly I couldn’t have gotten a better place if I tried. Group of 8 of us 4 couples. The rooms are large the beds were comfy the AC in the rooms worked very well. There’s 2 plunge pools on the property and 3 large pools right in front of it. Keep in mind that this is a three story house So there’s a lot of privacy. I asked the party to tell me their feedback. They said that besides not being able to flush toilet paper it was A1! Totally recommend this place.

Excelente atención y hermosa Villa

Aesthetically the home is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff was amazing with assisting with our needs, such as arranging transportation and excursions, overall great communication.<br/>However, there is room for improvements. The home does not have the best ventilation system in the common areas. (Poor A/C system) The plumbing system is also something to just be aware of, you can not flush ANYTHING (even tissue) down the toilet. This is a developing area so it is difficult to locate even for the locals, we figured arranging a taxi service through the host was the best idea however, it was a little pricey ($100 USD) per round trip from the home to the beach front.<br/>Unfortunately, the home did lose power for several hours. The host apologized in a timely manner and sent someone over to assist with resolving the issue immediately. <br/>Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend.

We stayed here with a group of 11 girls for my bachelorette last weekend! Everything was exactly as described :) We were very pleased with the description of the space and it matching the description and photos! We felt very safe in the area, loved the gorgeous villa which made for a great lounging space for all the girls to sip cocktails all day long. We were very happy with the conceirge team- Shey and Claudia were so responsive and arranged all our drivers, chef dinner, tequila tasting, transporation, groceries, and so much more! The cleaners helped us keep things under control with 11 girls and the security at night made all the girls feel very settled. Highly recommend for a bachelorette or big group :)
